1- Be in control of the sale

Don’t let the customer be in control of sales, get customers’ pre approval from the  bank before show or even talk about the car. After pre approval, send a few options pictures according to the customers requirements. Then book an appointment to show and test drive the vehicle. Make sure to be there with the customer at the dealership. 

2. Knowledge about the products

Before calling customers make sure to have complete knowledge about the products you wish to talk with the customer. 

3- Plan out

Make sure you have a plan before reaching out to the customers. Make sure to update the customer every step of the process.

4. Get Organized 

To achieve success as a business owner firstly you have to be well organized. Maybe they are not your customers today, but you never know they will be later on.

5. Difficult customers

Difficult customers are the best customers, because they know what they want and if you give up on a medal of deal you lose your time and lose a customer too. 

6. Keep Detailed Records

No matter how busy you are, successful businesses take out time to keep customer records. They trust you as a professional, so help them professionally. 

7. Be Creative

Always keep looking for creative ways to improve your business in order to stand out from other competitors.  

8. Willingness to take chances

When a customer is not answering your call, find an alternate way to approach the customer, for eg: ask a coworker to follow up with your customer. 

 

9. Provide great customer service

Listening, understanding your customer’s needs, thanking the customer and promoting a positive, helpful and friendly environment will ensure they leave with a great impression. A happy customer will return often and is likely to spend more. They may also refer other people to your business.

 

10. Go above and Beyond

If a customer is too busy to come to you, you go to the customer. Give them a ride. Pick up the customer. Sometimes it’s good to go out of the way!

Our cars come with a safety inspection. After you pick up the car, a safety standards certificate will be given which is valid for 36 days. It means you have 36 days to drive the car and if a problem arises, bring the car back and we will fix it free of charge.
